London based drummer Georgia Barnes may only be 21 years old but she’s already played for the likes of Kwes, Kate Tempest and Fimber Bravo, and is now set to make waves in the music industry in her own right.

Despite being a talented multi-instrumentalist, Barnes nearly took a different path in life after being scouted by QPR at the age of eight. After playing for the west London team, Barnes went on to join Arsenal Ladies before quitting to attend Brit School, whose previous pupils include Adele and Leona Lewis. Since working with former Brit School alumni Tempest, Barnes has gone on to record her debut solo album, which is due for release August 2015, and is set to headline her own London show in July.
